Told from the viewpoints of Fletcher and Avery, this mystery is entertaining but lacks depth. The Escape was on my recommended list. Most of which is composed of suspense and romance books. This was a decent read but there were some parts that felt like the book was rushed. Things didn't always flow smoothly. It's like they were edited in/out. I feel like the language used in some parts could have easily been avoided but put there maybe to draw in another generation of readers. Overall, it was a good book.
A good read if you like a formulaic, cliche, and predictable "thriller". I had no sense of suspense; I just finished it to finish it. The characters were flat as all get out, boring, and every other word for one-dimensional. But the book was cheap, so there's that.
This is a thriller! My son liked it a lot, and he doesn't like to read! A little violent and intense at some points; probably best for 12 and up.
this book was absolute amazing in every way. if i could forget about it just to read it again i would. real mystery and i just fell in love with it. don't want to give anything away but you wont be sorry.

This was a suspenseful book I had a hard time putting down! Read it within just a few days! Anyone looking for a read that keeps your mind curious and wondering how and where all the pieces fit together, I'd recommend this book!
I'm a writer, currently working on a young adult thriller, so I often read well reviewed young adult fiction. This was a huge disappointment. I thought it was supposed to have a twist at the end, but instead, it was incredibly obvious. I can't believe I spent $7.99 on this.
